Ran by Suzie one of our top coaches, we’re going to focus on getting you strong! Not only will you learn exercises you’ll learn how to progress them. Over the 8 weeks you’ll be coached through accessory exercises to help improve your main lifts you’ll be focusing on.

 

~Deadlifts 

~Hip thrusts 

~Barbell Squats 

~Dumbbell shoulder/chest press 

 

Learning these exercises will allow you to be able to plan your own sessions and understand what exercises go with each other and why.

 

We’ll talk through training around your menstrual cycle as well as fuelling your body for optimal performance and recovery. 

We want to coach you in a team environment so you all have people to train with, progress with and help.

This course will have a limited spaces so we can focus on coaching you properly!

Not only will you learn how to perform the exercises, but how to set them up. 

 

It also give you the confidence to train on your own using lifts you might never have felt comfortable doing solo before.
