This is for anyone who’s wants to start or continue their strength and fitness journey. Our programme will help you to keep on track and boost you to achieve your goals. The 6 Week Shred is a group based programme.

Before starting the programme there will be a consultation in which we will apply physical assessments and take photos to document your progression at the end of the 6 weeks. Assessments include weigh in, physical measurements and body fold callipers to measure body fat percentage.

 

You can join us alongside our in house dates or sign up when it suits you and complete the shred in keeping with your schedule, all whilst having us there every step on the way!

6 WEEK SHRED ONLINE

THE SHRED LITE

Designed to instill structure and accoutability in your life, to help you achieve whatever goals you have!

WHAT THE SHRED CONSISTS OF

The shred consists of three fixed sessions a week with your group and a forth session to be completed on your own (e.g. a run, swim or an extra gym session). this is the minimum requirement. Workout videos will be available to help get your extra session in, as well as a full gym membership with access to all other classes.

Any additional exercise will help progress you further toward your goals.

As well as the training sessions, you will have your calories & macros worked out plus meal ideas given to you. You will also have cooking and nutrition advice for further help through an online support group. You will have weekly weigh ins, which help us to keep track of your progress and allow for any adjustments.

The sessions will take place the evenings on weekdays and on Saturday morning.

​The 6 weeks is used to help find what works for you and what you can implement to help achieve a healthier lifestyle. We’ll look at everything from what you’re eating, to your general activity level throughout the day. Our aim is to support you as much as you need so you can finish with the knowledge to push on towards your long term fitness goals. Each person gets the help and support they need whatever that may be.

WHEN DO THE SESSIONS RUN?

The Shred is run in group sessions at the following times:

Group 1

Monday and Wednesday evenings 6.45pm. Saturday mornings 8am

Group 2

Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6.40pm. Saturday mornings 8.30am


Group 3

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12pm

Thursdays  - 6am

People tend to stick to the same sessions weekly in their group but we can accommodate mix and matching sessions to suit.
